Warning: The virtual directory "Exchweb (Default Web Site)" is not configured correctly
I am getting the following error in the Exchange Console of an additional Exchange Server in our organization: Warning: The virtual directory "Exchweb (Default Web Site)" is not configured correctly. This server has the Mailbox server role installed, so Http compression must be disabled. You can use the IIS Manager to disable compression. Everything seems to be working fine. OWA works. I checked the Service tab of "Web Site Properties" in IIS to ensure that HTTP Compression was not enabled. What's up with this error? Thanks!

Instead of making a new post we'll bump this one. I am also currently getting this error. There is a coexistence (soon to be upgrade) 2003 and 2007 server. Will this error go away when exchange 2003 is removed from the org? Does it have any residual effects? compression is not enabled on the service tab on the website properties.
